KSDE Presents CHALLENGE AWARD to Washington Staff!

Jim McNiece, KSDE Board of Education Representative, attended last night’s USD 353 BOE meeting to present Washington Elementary with the Challenge Award.

Enrollment & Visa Card Distribution for 2021 School Year

USD 353 ENROLLMENT for 2020-2021 school year and Kansas Star Casinos' $100 Visa Card distribution to district students took place on Tuesday at each of the districts' 6 learning facilities, i.e Washington, Eisenhower, Lincoln, Kennedy, WMS and WHS. Parents were able to indicate their preference for remote (online) learning vs in-class learning. Both are options and a combination of the two (hybrid) could also result, depending on covid conditions and local health guidelines as the school year begins and progresses.
